Every year I've made salsa, but it's a recipe that does not require a water bath seal.

Do any of you have canned salsa recipes that would be tasty enough to sell at the Farmer's market? I have found many recipes, but wanted you ask you farmgirls.

No one cans salsa (water bath method)?
