As long as you don't look like Mr. Mestopheles, you're OK!! I'm glad you got a cut you like.

ha! i had forgotten about Mr. Mestopheles. wasn't that a great play!!!! i got to see it at the National Theatre in Washington, D.C. Funny .. but in this same 'vein' .. the only other play i saw at the National was HAIR! And i remember my own hair being at it's WILDEST during that chapter of my book of life!
Cyn ... that honey hunk will come to love it when he realizes how much YOU love it! I do think that lotsa' husbands take a little longer at geting used to 'change' in just about any areas of life ... from our hair and clothing style changes .. to putting a 'chair' somewhere 'different' in the house. I've also noticed in life that if "I" don't like something (like a hair dooo) .... honey hunk doesn't seem to either ... BUT .. if i get all excited about it and RAVE ... he jumps right on that band-wagon too! (men can be soooooo EASY ... sometimes!)

ohhhhh nancy jo .. i am aching to hold that very first GREAT grand-son! i am thankful that jennifer has her own mom there to help her .. as i am doing for wednesday. they are sooooooo far away ... about a 17 hour drive ... and if i fly .. they still live 3 hours from the BWI airport where i would fly into. AND .. with my dad's condition .. i'm staying not too far from home so i can head to virginia at a moment's notice. i may have to combine my dad and little andrew jordan into the same trip 'back home'. i love that the other grandmother (dad's mom) is there to help too. we will probably DRIVE to virginia .. then go to delaware to see the baby. there is definitely something wonderful when families all remain living in the same area. (some problems, i hear, with that too sometimes). but in this mobile world and with job opportunities and the husband and wife coming from different areas of the country .. that just does not seem to always be possible. our decision to move to kentucky brought us MUCH closer distance-wise to daughter Wednesday and her family here .. but further away from daughter Kristen and her family in Delaware. However, i feel blessed to have lived close to first daughter for most of the children's childhood years ... and now ... we are closer to second daughter now that her children are young. xo

Frannie, Glad you love your hair. A month (or two) of bad hair days is enough to make a girl crazy!

Frannie,
I, too, am so happy for you! I know you can "do pictures", so send us one to see the new you! Now that your hair is shorter, do you find it gets into your eyes/face? I'm dealing with that today, and am disconcerted. Ann
