So I looked out my bedroom window a few minutes ago and saw this!
The winds are coming from the canyon and pushing the fire along. Our home is about 5 miles away from the fire. Pray for rain!

As you can see, the fire is heading up the mountain away from homes but is now close to going to the other side. Thanks for your kind thoughts.

Please be ready in case, to move you and your animals. We had to evacuate for a week 5 years ago, some people weren't prepared thinking the fire was going the other way and 4 people died.

OMG I was hoping this would a cute picture of farm animals or a beautiful landscape. That is just scary! Hope you and all your loved ones (animals included) are safe.

Thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers. Latest report is lost 2 homes and a barn but no people or animals. Still pretty smokey here this morning but the forcast says possible rain showers tomorrow! We are so blessed!
