Hi Ladies!

My daughter and I are in the midst of getting a couple of strawberry pies made for this evening and I was wondering if any of you have used MaryJanes ChillOver Powder instead of jello or gelatin that is added in many of the Strawberry Pie recipes? If you have any experience, please send it my way! Thanks and hugs!!!

My recipe uses cornstarch. Please post if you have some success. It would be nice to have another recipe to try.

Hi April,

My guess is that you would want to use a similar amount of ChillOver Powder as you would for jam--that's 2 teaspoons of ChillOver Powder to 4 cups of crushed berries. Since you are probably not using crushed berries, I think that about 1 1/2 teaspoons of ChillOver for every 4 cups of whole berries would do the trick!
