Everyday when I make the bed I appreciate all the work that went into it. Richard's Aunt Hattie made it years ago and kept it in a cedar chest.

Holy wow, Nancy, that's gorgeous. Can you imagine the time it took? It's just too pretty--but I'm so glad you're using it. It's one of those treasures that only some people appreciate and know how to care for. You're that lady!

She sure did a great job on this when she made it. I Have washed it several times on the gentle cycle and it comes out perfect everytime. Those stitces are really tight.
