Delicia, I make salsa every year...here's my recipe...

20 large tomatoes...30 small
4 onions
6 hot peppers
4 sweet bell peppers
3 or 4 garlic cloves
2 teas. Canning salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups vinegar (5%)

Peel tomatoes, chop all ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour...last 5 minutes add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (mixed with a little cold water)
Fill canning jars and waterbath for 20 minutes

Love,

You could also add cilantro to that recipe to give it a different taste.
