Is it just me or does "Blogger" hate me?
I can not seem to access blog anymore (post)... I keep getting this:

"Your browser is no longer supported by Blogger. Some parts of Blogger will not work and you may experience problems.
If you are having problems, try Google Chrome. | Dismiss"

(my hubby can still access his blog and we both use Yahoo!)

I tried the Google Chrome and yet I still get this message... and I would get a fragmented post page which I was able to navigate around as I could partially read the chopped off options... so today I have been trying for over an hour to post ,, I upload my pics, write my comments and then hit 'publish' and it all goes WHITE! I did this 3 times so then I hit 'save' and again it all went white so i hit 'preview',,, yep! all white...
Is it just me? Blogger?
I went to 'Help' and read other's comments and the pat reply is to go to Google Chrome...problem is,,, it still won't let me post! aarrg!

Does or has anyone else have/had this issue?
My browser is Yahoo.... any suggestions befor I stranger my internet, my computer & Blogger!

It could just be the day...sometimes it's a little screwy. I've had that happen before. Just make sure it's saved, and maybe try again later or another day? I don't know. It's been awhile since it did anything funny to me....my computer on the other hand likes to have its own way more than I like!

I actually do use google chrome and just recently nothing (not just blogger, but every thing) quit working for me, so I tried IE and that didn't work either, so in desperation I went to firefox, it's got things working again. I don't know what's up...but the browsers are testy sometimes, before this nothing would work for me but chrome! I don't know.....uhg!

I feel your frustration! Google Chrome works like a charm for awhile, then as new things come along and it is not compatible with them that is the time all the problems arise.

Here are a few suggestions to hopefully clear out some of the "mess" that's keeping the browser from loading your blog properly.
( some of these tips are going to seem silly, however, if done it magically works. . . go figure!)

1: Restart your computer . . some of us put our computers in sleep mode and once in awhile you really need to restart it so updates can process properly.

2: Update your computer ( whatever operating system you use, I use windows, so I look for daily updates and make sure they are installed)

3: Clear your browser cache. . this can be a huge help eliminating problems.

4: Use the "disk clean up" feature on your computer, this will help if you do it on a regular basis.

5: Use the "defragment" feature on your computer. . .this could take all day, depending on the last time it was run. It cleans up all your fragmented files. . .think of it as cleaning your office desk so you can easily find something.

6: After doing steps 3,4 and 5, restart your computer again.

Now, after all of this, if you still have an issue. . there are two things left I can think of that may help. . . one is to update your Java application on your computer, the other is to "uninstall" google chrome and then "reintall" it. ( IMPORTANT. .if you do this, save your bookmarks to a folder on your computer to reload later or save to firefox or internet explorer. . hate to see you loose those like I did!!)

Please know I am NOT a computer person by trade, these are simply steps I personally have used with my computer to resolve these type of issues.

Hope this might be of help for you!

I have the best luck with Firefox, except for downloading vids from Amazon. Still haven't worked that one out.

we do everything routinly (1-5)...
We did once have Firefox but had issues with it... that being said, maybe we had it set to sensitivly.

Here is my next question... if we reinstall firefox,,, do we need to uninstall IE8, Google Chrome etc first?
I am worried we have tried so many things that now everything is competting with each other...

Oh how I miss our 'tech support' (when I use to work)... and it's not like I have a teenager at my beckon call out here in the country! lol!

Wish I knew "for sure" the answer to your question. First, though, make sure one browser is your dedicated browser. ..the rest are used when you want them. I just pulled in a big update to firefox this morning. . it has resolved several of my "not loading properly" issues.

Sometimes it's just a matter of getting all of the updates done as they are all released.

Good luck!

Thank you Joanna,,
I am sooo frustrated,, I may just close down both blogs & look for a different, more user friendly blog site...
Thank you for all your help... I even tried to contact 'blogspot.com' and well, they just don't make it easy!

Gee, Grace, right when I thought it was safe for me to "go back in to the water", you post about your frustrations. Maybe I will hold off on starting a blog and save myself some hair=pulling!

Hope you resolve your problems soon.
