well for the moment all charges have been dropped and he is working on getting permission to go back to work but there is a chance he could be included in the new indictment in July or August. He has just last week taken a security guard job for extra money and his lawyer told him not to give it up just yet so he'll be working 7 days for a bit. that stinks but he feels he has no choice unless I quit my job and find something full time which means i would have to quit school and I only have these two semesters left. I am a little stressed out today and don't want to make any rash decisions If this is over for him and we can try to recover financially and get back to normal.....this all makes my brain tired

Wow! Great that charges were dropped (hopefully permanently!) I hope they grant your husband back pay, but I have a sinking feeling that they won't. :( Your husband is great to be willing to work two jobs- sometimes I wish my husband was so inclined!!

Patricia, I am happy for your good news and hope that is the end of it for you and your family. Sorry your husband has to work 7 day a week for a while, I think it is important you finish you school, that would help in the future if heaven forbid you had to support your family. What are you going to school for? Put this decision in the GOD box and let it go, the answer will come. Roxanna

i hope this is the end of it, and we think getting back pay will be a stretch. first is getting the health insurance reinstated. I am very close to getting my BA in History and want to continue with my Masters in museum studies

This is the most peculiar way to catch a criminal that I've heard of: punishing all the good, innocent people into the bargain. If there isn't a civil suit in here for you, I'll eat my hat. Of course, you'd probably have to spend the rest of your life in hearings. Either the guilty party, the company, or the State Attorney should be sued. Ideally, all three. Sorry for ranting. I'm so angry on your behalf.

When i read this it makes me so mad, the justice system does not care who's lives they ruin, even when they know their wrong. Everyone should each file a suit separately to get back pay, insurance , etc. I am praying for you and family.Hugs Marlee

Getting caught in the "Justice System" is painful no matter what. Up here in AK they tend to make the facts fit their theory. I really hate that. They do not back down either. They are correct no matter what.

I would definately be contacting an atty. for a lawsuit esp. where he could be named in a new indictment. It sounds funny that the charges have been dropped. I wonder if the prosecution doesn't have enough evidence against everyone and that's why there's another possible re-indictment. Just something to keep in the back of your mind. I'm glad that your dh has another job. Prayers are still flowing.

Patricia, I am so thankful. God is awesome! I do think that company needs to be held accountable for doing this to all the people involved. They obviously had nothing to go on from the beginning. They knew it, but didn't care. It is so upsetting the way America is going. Everything is cut-throat and "they" are always right, no matter what, and will bend every rule and lie like dogs to be "right." Best of everything to you.

Hugs,
Portia

Wishing for the country life!

SO happy to see this update of good news Patricia,
and that the charges were dropped (hopefully for good).
It is a shame that you had to go through this, but hopefully it has made your bond with your husband even stronger, and you are both doing better.
Hugs,
