Hello, ladies. It's that time of year to make elderberry jelly. It's an annual tradition to make it here at home.
However, I was wondering if there are any recipes for elderberry syrup, especially using honey in place of sugar. Or what about wine wit hthe juice? I have made dandelion wine successfully several times.
