Yes time just goes doesn't it? When I think about how old my three are I need to lay down. Nancy Jo

I know it goes by all too quickly my oldest turns 20 in three weeks. It's still hard to think of him as a man, he'll always be my baby.

My oldest will turn 14 in a August and my baby will be 12 in less then 6 weeks. I agree- where on earth does the time go? Everyone always tells you how fast it will fly when they are wee ones, and ya know what??? They're right It is hard watching the grow up and become independant (not to mention scary in this day and age!) Needless to say I am not really looking foward to the years ahead with 2 teenagers. Wish me luck!

My oldest is almost 24 (what??!!), and the others are 11 and 12 right now. I thought I had some time until the teenage years, but boy, they can be tough! I've noticed (from being on both sides right now) that the days are long, but the years are short.... |

Well my oldest is... are you ready?...53. He has two daughters, 14 and 17. My youngest child is 51 and her girls are 19,21, and 22. Wow, does the time fly by quickly. One morning I woke up and I was 70 years old. Love those children and enjoy every age. Teens can be trying but a lot of fun, too.
Hugs,

| A very wise lady told me when I had my son and was so worried about getting everything done that really wasn't as important as you think it is at the time, to hold that baby and spend as much time with them as you can because in a blink of an eye those days are gone, but all those little things you worried about are still there, so true. Roxanna, I'm with you! My sister has 6 children (all grown, now), and she had a saying about "dust go away and cobwebs to sleep, I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep". Something like that, anyway. And they're always your babies! Nancy, you're right! When you're a mom, you're a mom. And that's it. (I bet they keep you young!) |
