Tex is a 4 year old quarter horse gelding who has been severely mistreated. He is sweet and smart, but right now he is also scared. His owners no longer want him and by the end of the month he could literally be dog food for their St. Bernards. We have made arrangements to rescue this beautiful horse but I need your help!
