I have found a lot of recipes for making almond milk and that is on today's to do list, but I wonder if anyone has any thoughts about the left over meal? It seems like a waste to just throw or compost the meal.

What do you ladies use it for?

Depending on how fine you can grind the meal, it would be great blended into cocoa butter or something similar for a body/foot/knee & elbow scrub! It probably wouldn't be smart to use it on your face, though. I guess if it isn't clumpy, you could always throw it into basic bread dough and see what happens. Imagine spreading almond butter or honey on it, still warm from baking. Yum!

And here's a question back atcha: What do you use the almond milk for? I imagine it will smell divine :)

I don't do much dairy so I use it for cooking instead of cow milk. It's also good on cereal.

Oh, I see. I didn't realize that was something it would make sense to do yourself. Good for you!

I also like it in place of dairy milk, pretty much anything. I like it on cereal, I like it in coffee and tea a lot!

Things I would try with the meal:

~Mix it in bread dough
~I would also try mixing the meal with agave or honey and use as a spread
~Try adding it to hot cereal
