For the next four days, we are going to have 3 extra boys staying with us. Add that our own 3 boys and I have 6 boys ages: 2 1/2, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 12. I love being in the kitchen and doing the meal work, but with addition of 2 1/2 year old, I'm not going to have the luxury of time so...

What do you have that is quick, cheap, kid friendly and healthy? I was thinking about doing a taco bar one night and the kids can just put what they want, but I'm open to all sorts of ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

It's going to be a crazy four days! (especially if this rain keeps up)

shepards pie...season and brown ground beef, put in cassarole dish, add mashed potatos on top, then a veggy like corn or green beans, heat thru in oven, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, filling and I have not seen a kid yet that does not like it...

You'll be busy! Hamburger helper is a good dish to serve. Or, like Tina suggested, Shepards Pie. Hope you have fun,
Marly
