Just wanted to say so long until next weekend farmgirls.
Marilyn and I leave at 7am in the morning for our farmgirl Road Trip through Western Colorado. We will meet up with Rain K. and Laurie C. from our Southwest HenHouse on Tuesday for lunch and Farmgirl fun.
Wednesday we head to Dolores CO to spend a couple of days with CJ and family.
We are not taking a computer so we will be out of touch unless I happen to log on to CJ's computer to say hello.
So, have fun this week without us we will give the farmgirl big hugs, and we promise to have fun.

I will pray for you to have a safe trip. All of you gals enjoy

Well, Debbie and Marilyn made it to my house today . . . we DID hug and chatter and laugh! After doing that for a while I went with them to help them get settled into their motel, then we went to my favorite place for the ABSOLUTE BEST pizza and back to my house for a bit.
So, tomorrow we have some other farmgirl fun planned and will meet Sharon . . . aka "calicogirl" . . for lunch and whatever other mischief we can find.
At some point we'll take some pics . . .

Well, Marilyn and Debbie had to get their "butterfly" kisses from our llama, Rocky. He's such a friendly guy, very mild mannered and is so curious about folks. So, before the girls started their journey back to eastern Colorado they got their kisses.

We had soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much fun on our trip, farmgirls are awesome as are their hubby's and animal families, we were welcomed with big farmgirl hugs wherever we went. We shared time with doggies, cats, parrots, llamas, cows and calves, what fun right?
We first visited with Rain, Laurie and sweet little Wyatt, I sure wanted to bring Wyatt home, he is so sweet. We enjoyed Rains doggies and parrots, we were quite entertained and the food was awesome.
Next we headed to CJ's (southwest henhouse Mother Hen), and received more wonderful farmgirl hugs, we did a bit of shopping and lots of eating, they too sure know how to feed farmgirls and the food was delicious. We were able to meet and spend time with Sharon (Calicogirl) what a lot of fun she is too. Bramble, Sky and Rocky were extra special. Everyone was just wonderful and I can not wait for the next farmgirl adventure.
Marilyn was a great traveling companion, so much fun, she was always laughing and smiling, this trip would not have been the same without her. Marilyn you are the greatest and I can not wait for our next trip:-)
Thank you so much CJ, Rain, Laurie, Bill and Gary for such a warm welcome, farmgirls and family we hope to see you all again soon and know you are always welcome in our neck of the woods.
