Major League Baseball begins tonight--thank goodness. Ric's Brewers withdrawal has been making me crazy! He should be thankful he doesn't have to deal with NFL withdrawal, sheesh.

So, who is cheering for what team?

We are here in middle country of Brewers/ Cubs/ Sox fans. We are going to a Cubs game later this month, I would prefer to go to a Brewers game though. Maybe later this year!

I feel so silly...opening day is tomorrow. Whoops. Ric wants to go to some games this year, now that he is working again. I have never been to a Brewers game, so am actually pretty excited.

Maybe we will end up at the same one?

Would be lots of fun! I have not been to any games here. I am originally from MN and have been to Twins games, but my husband is in the military we move a lot and don't have a lot of devotion to any one team, lol. We get discounted Brewers tickets through my school I think, I should check into it and get us all some. Or just have a girls game day out!

Alyce, no need to feel silly. Your post was in time for opening night :) There was a night game on the 4th, which opens the season.

I'm thrilled that the Tigers won their opener! I'll be at the game on Sunday!

I'm a huge Rangers fan! I have been my whole life. I was in the middle of a crowd hanging over the wall at the old Rangers stadium when I was little to get my baseball card signed by Nolan Ryan. Still have that card, framed. I took our four children to a Rangers game two years ago, and I got to go to one of the games last year. We live about 7 hours away from Arlington, so I am thrilled with any opportunity to go see my Rangers.

I was also a big Brewers fan while I was in Jr. High and High School. I thought B.J. Surhoff was the best catcher that ever set foot on the field. :)

Tonight is the first game of the year for the Royals. We are grilling brats for dinner and watching the game on TV while enjoying a few pints.

Watched the Reds play over the weekend. So glad the boys of summer are back after all the football shake ups this year.
