BF, SIL and I went to Princess Diana exhibit at MOA in Minneapolis yesterday. Awesome! DH wandered around the Mall while we were at exhibit. Later he told us about a shop he thought we would be interested in. It was the Bettie Page Clothing store. Just google Bettie Page Clothing (don't forget to putting in "clothing"), for some awesome 40's,50's, 50's retro style. Again, awesome! Looks like their stores are mostly in the west.

Loved the styles. My fave thing about the store was discovering the books: Vintage Hairstyles and Retro Makeup. These books have their own websites also.

The exhibit is just wonderful! This coming from someone who never really followed Princess Diana's story that closely. I came away with a real admiration of what she accomplished and continues to accomplish. The gowns on display are stunning. I don't want to say too much..you just have to experience this. We were all glad we went! I definitely recommend it.

Oh, good to know about the Bettie Page store. I am planning on going to MOA exhibit with girlfriends later this month.
