Slice orange peels and tuck into a jar filled with distilled white vinegar, close and shelve for 2 weeks.

After 2 weeks-strain the dark orange vinegar out and place it in a new container. Fill spray bottle 3/4 of the way with water then, add the orange infused white vinegar to the top.

It also works with other citrus peels. I tried grapefruit and also lemon with basil.

I love this. My daughter who moved into her own place a few months ago is so "green" and I just know she will love this recipe. I think I'' make a few batches to give as gifts. THANK YOU!!!

I usually use vinegar, water and tea tree E.O. for spray cleaning, but will try this one too. This should smell real "springy" and fresh, especially now that we can have the windows and doors open to get fresh air. Thanks once again for sharing.

Yes, I'd like to know too, Lorena. Is this for counters, glass, metal...? I'm new to this! :-)

i have many essential oils (for soap and candle making), and i like to use the orange oil in distilled water for cleaning. i also use lemon oil in distilled water for cleaning the windows. it gets the glass sparkly clean and the house smells great!

I love this! I use sweet orange essential oil with vinegar water for general cleaning. Nothing says clean kitchen to me like the smell of natural citrus!
