1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter (any kind)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Grape-Nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in order listed. Place rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Cook 8-9 minutes or until bottoms are just golden.
It's a little hard to put the traditional fork marks on these, but the taste makes up for lack of style.
