Thank you all so much, and yes Marsha I remember the Tea Party very well. Meeting you and your family, of course that is also when I got to meet our Farm Girl of the Year, Winnie, for me personally it was like meeting a rock star. I was and still am in aww of everything Mary Jane Farm Girl.

| Thank you Connie and Carol. I want to give a big thank you to Winnie, your package arrived today. My phone and internet are not getting along right now so I am unable to post pictures, but I received some really nice linen dish towels with chickens, a really cute black and yellow flowered apron, coffee cup that goes with this years garden theme, tea, and of course candy. | Today I received two box's of wonderful things from Debbie Fisher, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. There is a stuffed bunny, kitty cat dish towel with matching pot holder, roster note pad, room sachet (smells really good), sunflower pot that I just add water, other flower seeds, candy and popcorn. Thank you Debbie it was a real surprise and great treat. I love everything Hugs Karla |

Today my time as Farm Girl of the month is up, I have Debbie (blessed in Colorado) to thank for this honor. There really are no amount of words I can put down to describe what it meant to me. I was thankful everyday for being a part of such a great place that captures the spirit of wonderful sisters I have never meet but have come to hold dear to my heart.
So now it come to me to name the next Farm Girl of the month, this is someone who was my first friend here at the farm, she spread her mother hen wings and welcomed me into her hen house, even though we were miles and states apart. She is giving of her self, always encouraging to others, and always welcoming to young chicks at the farm. And is some one I want to be like when I grow up.
So it is with pleasure I pass the apron to none other than Cee Jay Armstrong.  Love and Hugs Karla |

We honored CeeJay in November of 2009 and then again in December of 2013.
Being chosen a third time speaks to the character of our beloved CeeJay and who isn't in need of a special pampered month at least once every five years!
CeeJay, if you want to in turn choose someone else, we should offer that as an option since we've been doing this for so long now, repeat FOTMs are bound to happen. If not, I know I'm happy to honor you again as FOTM; just wanted to suggest/toss out another option as we go forward.
Does everyone have potato salad plans for tomorrow? How about a traditional ham?
