We are all struggle. My MIL was the matriarch of a large family and ran our cattle ranch until the day she died at 91. She was the glue that held it all together. We are trying really hard to hold it all together. However, as you probably know, each of us are grieving in a different way and at different times. It seems that one of us is falling apart all the time.
Anyway, lets make this the happy thread that it should be. I've received several packages and cards in the mail lately. I will take pics tonight and get them posted. In the meantime, let me say that your decision to choose me as the Farmgirl of the Month could not have come at a better time.

Today is bittersweet for me. My month as Farmgirl of the Month has sadly passed by. What an honor it has been to feel so loved and revered. I have cried much this month, both with sadness and with joy. There was truly a higher power in force when Grace choose me for this honor. Each time one of those beautiful packages arrived in the mail, I cried. When a nice card came my way, I cried. When a sweet note was left on this forum, I cried. I got each one of your messages of love and they went straight to my heart. Thank you so much for that.
Today I get to choose a new farmgirl for the same honor. While I haven't known her very long, I have noticed that she approaches each conversation with love and understanding. So the September Farmgirl of the Month is Judy - wildflower17 from Kentucky!! Enjoy your month, Judy!

Sherone, I'm sorry for the late congratulations of being August FGOTM. I can see what a blessing it was for you. Our farmgirls are such a blessing to all of us. Your MIL sounds like quite a woman!!! You will all miss her so much but I hope that the happy memories will make the sad times sweeter.
