A kite, a sky, and a good firm breeze,
And acres of ground away from trees,
And one hundred yards of clean, strong string...
O Boy!, O Boy! I call that Spring!
What could be more fun than creating a mini kite to display, to remind us of carefree child like days 
All you need to do is fashion a kite shape (6 to 8 ins.) on to cardboard, then decorate it anyway you like. Don't forget the tail 
Also, include a way to hang it for display purposes.

WELCOME ALL :) Actually Ginny I thought of these mini kites while going through my sons belongings. We would have so much fun making these for display, then we would make up a larger one to actually fly. I can not tell how many times it landed in trees, that weren't supposed to be there LOL
