Gals, Just have to say this swap will be addicting, like many of Beth's swaps. I just made one pocket & am starting a second. I had to use black jean pockets :( Didn't want to cut up my bluejeans, couldn't walk around with two holes on my backside, what a site that would be LOL. They turned out nice, for being black or should I say gray ?

Morning, ladies. I'd like to join too! Last month I cut up a bunch of old blue jeans for a project so I got pockets a plenty! :D |

Beth, While this sounds like lots of fun.. I have tried but cannot bring myself to cut up a pair of jeans... breaks my heart. So please remove me from the list. I hope everyone takes pictures to share as I would really like to see all the fun y'all are having. Joan

Beth, hold up a minute on taking Jonesy off the list. I have 17 pockets, I want to e-mail her & see if she'd like me send her a couple to decorate. :) |

Beth,
In true Farlgirl manner, Fran is so very wonderful and thoughful and sweet and generous to be sending me pockets, so please don't remove me from the list, but put me down for two.
See me dancing? I am so happy to be in again. La la la la... Oh I am singing too.

I was more than happy to help!
Beth, put me down for making four, if thats allowed. I wish I could make one for each lady in the swap, I would love being able to get one back from everyone & seeing all the neat ideas we came up with! |

I e-mailed mine today for info so am waiting for a reply. Supposed to be nasty with rain in Georgia so a good time to finish mine. It's been fun. Am about to get over this stomach bug I've had for quite awhile so feel like doing something now too!

Hi my farmgirl sisters. I went to St. Vincents and looking around aand they have a shelf for sewing material, and guess what I found in a box! 2 pockets off of a pair of jeans. Whoohoo! I was so surprised. I told the lady why I was buying them. I already had my pocket done for the swap,I just wanted extra. She told me she would get some and save them for me. What about that? Thay made my day....--Marlee

Thanx Beth, you are so kind. I finally went to the Dr. yesterday afternoon and got some medicine. He said there was a bad stomach bug going around but that he thought the reason I was feeling so bad was because I was going thru withdrawals because I wasn't keeping my pain medication in me long enough for it to do any good. I hadn't even thought of that so they gave me the medicine they give people after chemo. I am finally really starting to feel better. I just couldn't seem to get over it on my own. Ready to get on with things now!! Thanx again.
