One of my favorites and perfect for a winter "to do". http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Butternut-Squash-Ricotta-and-Sage-Crostini-367711
Also, love, love love Pear and Jack phyllo strudel cups. I can't access the recipe right now from Epicurious but basically, it's monterey jack cheese and cheddar cheese, onion and pear (sauteed previously), whole grain mustard all mixed, then put in phyllo cups, baked until melty and crisp.
