Ok, I don't have an herb garden. I tried once, didn't pan out. A recipe called for 1/4 c chopped fresh parsley, so I bought a bunch for 99cents at the store. I didn't use much and didn't want to waste the bunch. So I'm drying it and going to store it in an air tight container. Would work with other fresh herbs. Just a tip. Probably cheaper in the long run to do this than buy bottles of dried herbs.

We grow parsley, when full we chop it up, bag it, and freeze. To me, home grown parsley tastes better than the bottle kind. Some times I do have to buy parsley at the store, but I like going to the garden and cutting it from there. Enjoy your herbs.
