What do I buy to place inside them? What's it called, and what stores will I find this in?

I bought this stuff at JoAnns and it looks like batting but has a thermal lining for the heat...I don't remember the exact name...but I know that I got it there with a coupon. When I am home I will look to see if I have the exact name.

Insul-Bright is the best thing to use. It works and it's not bulky. You can get it at JoAnns.
