a small file box, for 3 x 5 in. cards, use dividers that you can customize...

Get a binder called a Case-It and some baseball card protectors. Each page will hold 9 coupons front and back. Mine are alphabatized into different sections. I have approximately 50 baseball card pages. I've cut down a lot and only use the ones most important to us. There's several good sites out there with coupon forums.

I use a small file box like Tina does. I keep everything organized alphabetically instead of by product category or aisle, though. For me, it's just easier to find it right away alphabetically. I also try to keep them in order of expiration date, and then by value so that I can get the most money off my purchase. It's hard to keep them rotated sometimes, but I really have found this to be easiest. :) Good Luck! :)

<---Also organized in a 3 ring binder with baseball card pages.
If you shop at Kroger ever... you can also go to their website and "download" coupons from the internet TO your shoppers club card and they will be automatically redeemed when you swipe your card.

Nat, if you want to start out with something small there are these little accordian binders that fit easily into a purse. Sometimes Michaels has them in their dollar sections.

I use an old Huggies wipe box with envelopes with labels on them. Works for me.

Natalie there is a great website for those that are just starting out as you are and for those that have been couponing for years (my son is 29 and I've been couponing since he was born). It is www.hip2save.com She has great information on couponing, sales online and in stores, and how to maintain your coupon stash. Check it out I don't believe you could be disappointed. It is not a website you can look at just once. It is more of a blog that should be check a couple times a week at least. I try to check it at least once a day and even then I miss some of the great deals she posts. She posts deals daily but she also has several vidios for you to watch on couponing. One of them shows different ways to organize your coupons.
