I am looking for felt heart patterns ; the pretty ones . i have seen some that are candle mats and they have pretty hearts stitched around them also are there special scissors to buy that have scallop edges to cut felt with . thanks hugs sheila
There are lots of scissors that will cut a scallop edge buy mosst are disigned for papre crafts. I would recommend a scallop cutter blade for a rotary cutter. Michele
