Okay farmgirls, how 'bout a little fun.
These are for a project I'm working on and I've decided to make a guessing game out of this.
This is not the finished project, but I will give a little gift to the farmgirl who guesses WHAT the finished project will be . . or comes closest to it.
So, just give your best guess TODAY, THURSDAY . . . and in the morning (Friday) I'll see who comes the closest, post a pic of the finished project and send off a little gift. Just post here.

Hi CJ :) I have a couple of ideas rolling around. Mini night light lamp shades, like Marlee posted & I have done or Party lanterns, hung from Old fashioned Christmas light strings.

Your post said party hats, and I'm all over it, because when i was 4 my mom did the same thing and attached a paper dolie to the bottom for cure ruffle effects.
Can't remember what was used to keep them attached to the tops of our heads.
And since my birthday is in February, the little cups were covered in pink iand red construction paper.
Is this right??? |

Okay farmgirls, here we go:
They ARE lampshades!!!!
So, Marly, Beverly and Marlene were REALLY close!!!!
Madeline was even closer with her string of Christmas lights idea
And, Laurie, you are right in that they are "Glamping" accessories. I plan to use them across the front of our canopy at our campsite.
"KathyC" nailed it! They are shades for a string of mini lights!!!
YAY!! Kathy . . would I be right in thinking that perhaps you've either seen or made some?
