I have a garbage bag full of mostly Red Heart Yarn all colors that I would like to find a home for. What I am looking for is a farmgirl or farmgirls (we can split it up into two batches) who home schools perhaps or a church group who is interested in teaching children the art of knitting and crocheting. These two skills I believe we need to continue to teach our children for generations to come.
So, the first one or two farmgirls who will teach or teaches children how to knit/crochet gets the yarn.
Thanks so much and happy knitting and crocheting.
FArmgirl Hugs,
Deb

I don't teach, but I do make and donate hats and blankets to hopitals, and nursing homes.

Julia, would you like half of the garbage bag? If so it is yours, knitting/crocheting treasures for hospitals and nursing homes is very important too. Thank you for that.
Where is Lasalle, CO, another farmgirl and I are going to Castle Rock and Larkspur on Friday the 13th, if you are close we can drop the yarn off to you.
Farmgirl Hugs,
Deb

I would like half! I am farther north (abot 2 and a half hours) of Castle rock. Greeley is biggest city near me. If you mail it I could pay you back for the cost.

Hi Julie~
Half is yours, no I do not want anything for the postage, it will be my contribution for what you do.
I am sorry we will not get to meet you, my son lives in Denver so we are in the area every month or so, perhaps we will be able to meet another time.
He comes home to the mountains a lot as he loves it here so we don't get to the big city much.
Please email me your address and I will send the yarn to you on Monday.
Farmgirl Hugs,
Deb

I have half a bag of yarn left to anyone who knits/crochets for hospitals/nursing homes or teaches the craft.
Thanks farmgirls,
Deb

I'll take a 1/2 for bag for prayer blankets for that we give to the sick and homeless.
