I have seen these programs around the country and back in MI where I used to live. Of course here in GA I haven't found one yet. What do you think it would take to start one? I think its a fantastic program. The one in OR. even had doctors donating time.

I think someone who's willing to get the word out, that they're forming one. Host some meetings and do a press release.
