It's $2.349/gallon here. Just wondered what it costs in your area.

I'm seeing other bills rise and our income stay the same. Today the cable/internet bill is up $7.44/month, which tallies to an additional cost for us of $89.28/year. They raised each section of the bill a little bit, which is a sneaky way to increase the entire monthly bill.

Anyone else seeing higher rates on utilities or Internet costs?

Ours is 2.25/gallon which is the same as last year. Our electric seems to be going down last year it was about $40 dollars a month in the winter, this year it is only $30 to $35 no complaints there. We have no cable since we have no TV but our internet service is locked in so I will never have an increase.

Our phone is the only utility that seems to be going up only a little but since we have no cell phone service here I have to put up with it.

I guess they think that if you raise the price just a little no one will notice. NEWS FLASH we notice.

Wow...we must be lucky, we just pain $1.99 a gallon! Still a huge chunk of change to fill the tank though :-(

We just paid $2.26/gallon. We could have gotten it cheaper from one of the other suppliers but we found out the supplier we initially got service from charges a really low first fill then jacks the price up for subsequent fills. By the time you add in the costs to change suppliers we decided to stay with them for now. We are planning on moving the tank in the future so when we do that we'll switch over to the cheaper supplier.

And I've noticed that the power company always lowers the cost of electricity and raises the cost of gas (heat) in the winter then turns around and lowers the cost of gas and raises the cost of electricity (air conditioning) in the summer. Of course the press releases are all written to make it look like a magnanamous gesture on the power company!

We don't have phone service or internet where we live. We use cell phone and internet is from the office or at our former house (we still go there frequently-I'm there now). Our phone and internet at the old house was a lifetime lock in rate so it never goes up unless the taxes and fees they charge go up.

Good boy Hobbs! I love and miss you.

Our propane company told me that many places in our state are charging up to an additional $1.00-$1.50/gallon that what they charge. Yikes! That's a hike for many people this season.

I'm paying $3.49...on budget plan it's $105 per month.

Ours is about $2.33 per gallon. Our supplier has a program so we can get 'locked in' at that price throughout winter despite if it goes up.
