Any of you girls do this running plan? And if you have done it and completed it, do you keep it up? I really dislike "fad" type stuff so I resisted trying it, but finally did--only on week 2, but I'm really enjoying it (kind of!) Well, I like the set plan of it at least. Not sure if I'm setting myself up for disappointment by beginning in December (!) but so far so good.
Any stories of your experiences with it? (I'm using a Christian music version of it on my ipod--I know there are other variations too)

I did it outside for about two weeks before other things started interfering. Now I am running at the college and I need to start using the app I bought for it again. :) I like it. It really does help build up your stamina! I use it on my ellipitcal sometimes!

Not "running" yet but I did my first 5K this last weekend at a good stroll. My hubby and I finished in under an hour! Nice route with some steep places mixed in. Plan to do another in January for the local Oatmeal festival.
It definitely works! 3 years ago I used it. I had to stay on week 2 for about 4 weeks, but I kept at it. I ran 4 half marathons this year (slowly) and am still running. Good luck keeping up with it. I know many people who have used it.

Once we are all moved in I plan on starting the program up again. We had a thread going under "For your Health" for a while. We should get it going again! :)
Sheila, I'm with you on that one! I feel more athletic when I'm wearing actual athletic gear and not just an old t-shirt and shorts. Good for on coming so far! I have to start getting in shape for rugby season, so I'll be running more too! God's and Farmgirl's Blessings, Megan
