slowing down. I'm heading out to my lawn chair and positioning it in the sun. I'm sure the chickens will participate, as they can't figure out why I'm out there (and not hanging them treats, ha ha ha!).
I finally had a chance to do that sort of thing . . . built a fire in our firepit on the deck Sunday afternoon. Sat out there in the lovely autumn air with a cup of coffee . . restful!!! Gonna do it again soon! CJ

Good for you both...we always need to remember to take time for ourselves, cause if we don't, we won't/can't be there for everyone else, cause we would be WAY to crabby...

Lori, your evening plans sound heavenly. :) I love to take the perfect days and sun myself, I excuse the laziness with the fact that I'm soaking in vitamin D! I hope you all have great fun taking your much needed relaxation.

I had to run all over the place today. I had a stressful day. I think a day out on my swing under our big oak tree would do wonders for me tomorrow. I think my sewing basket will join me and a big tall glass of sweet tea! I have been working my fanny off lately for everyone. Thanks for reminding me to take a day to my self!
