Which is your favorite MJF book, and why?
Or any other homesteady/farm/ranch themed book.

I'm thinking of buying one for myself to read on my maternity leave from work, just not sure which one I should start with :)

Thanks for any input!

Mine is the original Ideal Book. It felt like it was written specifically to me,reminding me of my childhood (I swear I had to have met MJ at my aunts in Utah) I even think MJ looks like my sisters and cousins so I feel a family pull to her even though there most probably isn't a link. She reminded me of some of the goals I had when I was young and rekindled those fires. But then all of her books are great, I guess I'm just partial to this one since it was the first I read.

And by the way, congratulation! You couldn't think of a better time to read a MJ book than when you have a new life around.

Toto, we're not in Kansas any more!

The Ideabook. I love them all, but it has lots of information in it. You could check them out of your library to see them all before you buy one.

I think I like the Idea book best of all! I have all three and do peruse them often, but that one just seems to have so much more in it to draw me. :)

O, a trouble's a ton or a trouble's an ounce,
Or a trouble is what you make it!
And it isn't the fact that you're hurt that counts,
But only--how did you take it?

The Idea Book is my favorite. I think they are all great though.

My favorite is The Idea Book. I have all three too. But, I usually always go to The Idea Book first.
