It's getting close to the holidays and we will all be busy with preparations and the Christmas swaps. I was thinking we could do a Winter tag book. NOT THANKSGIVING, NOT CHRISTMAS, THIS IS WINTER-whites and silvers and blues and the green of pine trees. Anyone interested?
Sign up until November 15, send to me by Jan 10. I will send out an email to everyone between Christmas and New Years as a reminder. Last time we did a tag book I overestimated the cost and had enough left over to buy more envelopes, so the cost will be less this time.
Here's what you will need to send by January 10:
1. 6 winter tags-tags size would be 4-5" long and 2 1/2-2 3/4" wide. close to that size. be sure to put your name, the date and any other information you would like on the back of the tag.
2. $2
3. name & address on a sheet of paper
You will receive 6 tags back, tied into a book. If you make your tags early and want to send them on, that is fine with me. A temptation but I think I can handle it. I will open the tags on January 10 and start putting the books together. Depending on the weather, I will try to get them to the post office by the end of that week.
News-i found tags at the office supply store-office max-one of those. 100 tags for $6. much cheaper than the craft store. they can be cut the right size and used for ATCs also.

Mine are still in the works, just got back from visiting family, they are my Saturday project. I love winter! Just finished a nice mug full of raspberry hot chocolate.

I have a tracking number if you need it. The postal clerk assured
me you would have them by Monday, Jan. 09,2012.
I sent them priority mail.

last thursday i had to take my computer into the shop-back home today. used my work computer 2x but really don't like to use it. Debra i did get your envelope-thank you. Debbie-not here yet. will probably have everyone's by the end of the week and can get some photos and put together books to be sent out. i haven't opened them yet, waiting till they are all here. i'm with Darlene, getting hard to wait and getting really hard not to look.

Thanks for the pictures Linda. Now I really can't wait to get the tags! We have had snow for the past two days and are expecting another big storm tonight and tomorrow. So, it finally feels like winter here!

Hi Linda, all I can say is YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! I got my tag book today and WOW ,it is so wonderful,beautiful,pretty,amazing etc.................................!
Everyone cards are so so I can't think of a word that even describes it. All the blue and white sparkles,lace and ribbons.

Recieved my tags today too! They are gorgeous but I'm too exhausted to concentrate on appreciating them tonight.....have spent the past three days at work cleaning up downed trees and limbs from the ice storm.
