Hi Annie, There really isn't an amount to spend. Somethings could be handmade, thrifted, or bought...I am hoping it will be more fun than a money amount. I really don't think about the amount of items, just the thot behind them......Some of my most favorite things have been 25 cents, or a dollar.....I don't try to be cheap, just thrifty...Hope this helps...Smiles Beth

I'm not a mom, but I would like to join. Now since we're all older, we don't really exchange gifts. I don't mind that so much, but I really miss all of the goodies you find in a stocking!

These are a few of my favorite things...

1. Buttons
2. vintage things
3. Crafting embellishments (no brads or eyelets...have a ton of them! :)
4. whimsical owls
5. lace tid bits and velvet ribbon
6. anything shabby chic
7. sparkly things

I'll sign up too! I swore I wouldn't sign up for anything for a while but this sounds fun!

Emily - We are all old at our house and we always have stockings! You gotta have them! We have the best time filling them for each other and laughing at what we get! It is one thing we look forward to at Christmas!! We fill them with silly things, the stranger the better, nothing expensive, mostly things you wouldn't normally buy or things we make. Once in a while we will slip a real present in them if it's small or a gift card, but usually just silly!
