Hi Cyn, A Christmas baby would be so special!! It would be the very best present of all!! How sweet! I taught a little girl that was born on Christmas day and they celebrated her birthday sometime in June so she would feel like she had a day just for her birthday, but I was unsure as to if I would do the same if I had a child born on Christmas day..... I have 5 children of my own..Children ARE a special blessing, a precious one!! Smiles, Beth

I had a baby on Christmas too. Jason was due in Jan but came 6 weeks early. We celebrated his Birthday a few days early and kept it seperate from Christmas. I have a sweet picture of me pregnant standing by several stockings with a tiny one for the new unborn baby. He was born the next day.
Sweet memories....

Hi Linda!
Nice to meet a fellow Christmas mama and a somewhat close neighbor (I'm in the Binghamton, NY area). We celebrate Wyatt's birthday ON Christmas, but then around early March he has a sleepover with his friends. This past March I had about 15 13/14 year old boys invade the house! I took my 27" Mac into my bedroom, had my best friend of 27 years come over, had pizza, chips, M&M's and watched a movie (the Women) with the door CLOSED
We all had a blast!!!!
I always tell people he's the BEST Christmas present I've ever been given And yes Beth, ALL my boys are precious gifts from God, as are all children!

Linda, you are sooo blessed!! back in the day, I had that many 14 year old Girls at my house! but it was always fun! Now that my daughter is 36, I look back on those days as sweet memeories!

Hi Beth :) I have my tree all decorated & the skirt done. Now, I am on the hunt for tiny presents. I know you said one but I can't resist tiny presents around the tree ;) Then a bag for it :) What fun this swap is !

Hi Farmsisters!
My twin grandchildren were born on Christmas Day 1995. They were
the first babies born on Christmas that year. The hospital put them
each inside a Christmas Stocking and little Santa hats on their heads.
Then and only then did they present them to the family. The hospital here also plays a lullabye each time a baby is born. On Christmas that
year, they played Jingle bells. Really cute.
Also, Beth, I am a retired teacher as well. I have been retired for
3 years this past May 28. Yipppeeeeeee!!!!!! I do miss the kids, however, I do not miss all of the paper work of reports. Too much Huh?
Like all of my farmsisters, I also love, love, love your swaps! They
are so creative! I still think that CeeJay, Michelle (Futters) and you should put together a craft book of ideas for MaryJane farms.
We have so much talent amongst our farmsisters. I absolutely treasure and adore everything I receive from them. I especially like their little handwritten notes they include. I keep each and everyone. I am very protective of my farmsister treasures. As well, I am very protective of my farmsisters. Love all of you gals!
I have been working on recreating and redecorating my craft room. I am putting in shelving to hold my farmsister treasures. I love to share their beauty with others. It really touches my heart when I look at one of my treasures and know that somewhere across the country, some farmsister was thinking of me. I hope you each feel that way when I send some small treasure to you. Our hearts are all linked together as sisters should be.
Well look here, I have written a novel. LOL! I do get carried away when I am talking about something I am so passionate about.

I'm so excited, I got the things for my tree, now to decide on a little present....thinking, but this is harder than I thought...does anyone have a list of things that they MIGHT use, just to give me some kind of idea....I've racked my brain and can't come up with a thing..

Hello Christy you have some good ideas for gifts ;) I found some little mini houses to put at the bottom of my little tree, looks like a miniature village, just alittle extra present for who ever my partner is :) Like I mentioned in an earlier post I can't resist a couple small presents for under the tree ;)
