Am I the only football fan here? I am waiting for the Packer game to start...we love watching the Packers, the Badgers, and football in general. I think it is the best background "noise" for doing my projects

At least nobody has said "Go Vikings" That might be a little hard to tolerate Glad to know there are lots of football fans out there!

I have a girlfriend that lives in WI. She said when a Packers game is on that is the best time to go shopping for groceries, mall stuff, etc. Everyone is home glued to the set.

Kids almost went to the free concert before the start of the game, but parking became a BIG issue.

Darn I only made it to half time, and I was out!
We went to a preseason game last thursday. It was really neat to see the stadium, and the Packer Hall of Fame.

I've asked the same question before, maybe you weren't with the group of MJF yet. So happy to see your post.
The game last night was great. A really good game. Our Saints did not win, but they played good, especially after the first quarter. Aaron Rodgers was sure good! The year the Saints won the Superbowl (2009)my good friend in WI supported the Saints. After they won, she called me yelling and was just as excited as we were. The next year, 2010, when the Packers won, I called her yelling and just as excited as she was.
Go Saints.

I watch NFL football some with DH but I enjoy college football more. People think I am funny, cause if TN is playing, I am behind them, they are my son's favorite team. When South Carolina Gamecocks play I am for them unless they are playing TN or GA. And of course I have to go with the Georgia bulldogs...hubby is BIG fan.

GO PACKERS and what a game!! I had to get up at 5:30AM to babysit my grandson today but gosh I couldn't go to bed last night to save me. It was just too good a game to miss. What a great way to start the season :)

I agree! I had to get up at 5:30 because I work at 6:00, but I still had to stay up for the whole game, then time to unwind, I think it was midnight before i really fell asleep....long day yesterday! That was a great game:) If it had been a blow-out, I would have went to bed early, but that close, I had to see the end. Rae, I knew somebody HAD to say Go Vikings,I guess I can deal with it!!! Lori, my uncle in Richland Center always roots for the Cowboys and his wife is a Packer fan. Thanksgiving is fun! Go Pack! I am so jealous...we are talking about trying to get tickets for a game next year, maybe preseason, but it is so expensive, will have to save our pennies for that one!
