thank you, dutchy for the warm welcome.
back in february i had a routine follow-up cancer exam with my oncologist and there was then a lung cancer scare. it turned out to be a radiation burn on my right lung.
but it was just about the time that i was ready to get back with my life.
one of the ways i wanted to do that was to become active again on this site.
anyway, i have to admit that it kinda sent me in a tail spin.....so finally about 2 months ago they gave me a tentative all clear on the lung. well, enough said.
anyway, i love your blogspot. what an inspiration! i was able to read several of the posts and loved all the pics and projects that you showed. you are the kind of decorator i want to be when i grow up!!!!
anyway, thanks so much for your welcome, marian. you have been a comfort to me here and on facebook, more than you may ever know and i am glad we have "met" each other.

Just checked out your "gal cave" and I really think a better name, seeing your love of bunnies would be the "Bunny hutch". As soon as I saw your site and your cave that was the first thing that came to mind. I always thought those bunnies were always so cozy in their hutch.
It is never too late to start again. I put off crafting for years as I have two boys with issues. I am back to it now and it feels like I never stopped, I just love it.

Hey Fran, I am from Ga and love to do crafting too. But it is hard to get to some time. Life happens. There is nothing like getting a homemade gift. It comes from the heart.

Heya Frannie! Thought about you yesterday when I read comments about George Clooney's ex girlfriend and why they broke up (he's not the marryin' kind...) I was going to post it to your FB page but ran out time during the work day.
