Carol, our plan for now is to meet monthly but also have the option of other meetings if some people want a specific class or to meet more often for an activity (like a crochet group for instance). Do you facebook? We have been keeping everything on our facebook group at this point https://www.facebook.com/groups/258006887544160/ just request membership and I'll add you. I'm in the process of getting notes from our meeting up so everyone who couldn't be there can comment and vote on certain things. That would be your best bet for keeping up with when we are meeting!
