DD and her best friend want to fly out and visit the Big Apple over Thanksgiving Vacation from Wednesday before until Monday after and they need a safe place to "crash!" We had planned on having her stay with my cousin, but those arrangements have fallen through. I am insisting that in order to go they stay in a "safe" place and not a hotel downtown, which would be risky and incredibly expensive so I thought I would turn to my farmgirl family and ask....

Any New York City Farmgirls willing to welcome to their home two great college students bent on seeing the great big city of New York?

They are honor students with scholarships to attend the University of Wisconsin. They don't smoke, drink or do drugs. They have a GREAT sense of humor, are responsible and mature for their age! They are both holding down full-time jobs this summer and part-time jobs in the fall and they have saved up for quite a while and cover all of their expenses, but need just need a SAFE place to shower and sleep.

Please e-mail me...

I don't live in NYC but my DD used to go to college there. I know a lot of college kids stay at the 92nd YMCA. It's on 92nd and Lex. Many many college kids there!
