O.K. I have it narrowed down to 10 recipes. Hum, sweet? Savory? Beverage? Spicy? Family favorite? I bet I'll end up drawing a card. Maybe i'll let my sweetie and son vote. Maybe not! I'll end up having to cook all ten this week!

This is going to be a great way to get some "Best Ever" recipes!! I can't wait to see what comes my way because it sounds like everyone on this forum has a stash of favorites. Isn't fall just so much fun? You can say that about each season, but for some reason fall is just jammed pack with color, delicious smells, great harvest items like apples and pumpkins and pecans(here in the south). With ingredients like those, you can't lose!!
Today is September 1st !!! YIPPEEE!!! Hooray!!!! Fall is on the way!!

Let's see...the 9th will fall on Friday, the 10th on Saturday--Are we learning of our partners on the 9th or 10th? Regardless, I'm only on the computer until 4 pm on Friday and not on again until Monday morning, bright and early--we don't have internet at home, and even if we did, my weekend is devoted to my little girl and the house keeping. Will the delay be a problem in communicating with my swap partner?

| Hey Count me in!! Sounds like fun. We also have had so much hot weather. And now we are fighting the fires. Fire got with 5 miles of my house, they put us on standby, but thankfully we did not have to evacuate, we loaded our cars just in case. Have 3 friends, who have lost there house, and 2 that are evacuated and still don't know if there house is standing. I am ready to put my mind to some happier thoughts. Thanks abunch!! I've been praying for you, Linda! And, others around the country. We are headed for out first vacation in a long time (Voyagers Nat. Pk) Wild fires just started up by Ely. Will go anyway.
