i have a girlfriend in maryland who has dozens .. but she won't part with them for anything .. HA! i tried that little trick! check e-bay .. you might come up with more. xo

Ya cant find them anymore . These were some from my grandmothers and some Ive found quite awhile ago.

They look like chicken eggs but are made of glass, they used to put them in the nests in the chicken coops to encourage the hens to lay.At least I think thats right. they are solid glass, and I think they even came in a few light colors?

I dont use my glass wggs under the hens, they are in a safe place in one of my antique cabinets. You can get plastic one to use under the hens, at feed stores.
