Now doesn't that sound good!!!! GF pumpkin pecan.

I have 7 mothers going that I stir 2x/day, two of them GF (white rice and brown rice), so every Thursday is bake day at the farm as we perfect recipes for each version (today it's artisan loaves). I love true sourdough--it's just flour, water, and air. And ours are rising like champs. Both the brown rice and white rice get so bubbly and alive. It's amazing.

Where did you get the starters??? I REALLY want to start making sourdough bread, but honestly do not know how - especially with being GF now

I would love to get a recipe for the Mother. But I don't need GF. Mz MaryJane, you have 7 Mothers.....are they all a different recipe? My mother and Nanny always had the best homemade breads and rolls. Yum....now I'm home sick !!

Our planner is finally ready ... well, almost. It'll take Lucas a couple of days to get it listed in the products/shop area of our website, but we'll let you know on this thread the minute he finalizes it.

What we came up with is a durable mini-binder (5 1/2" x 8 1/2"), decorated with inserts, front/back/spine. Inside are monthly/weekly pages, year ahead at-a-glance, future planner, personal information page, as well as a 100 blank pages (college ruled) for notes that include farmgirl tips, quotes, photos, etc. In the back we included 5 top-loading heavy-weight clear sheet protectors for things like receipts, recipes, etc.

It's truly adorable and Karina did a fabulous job. I can't wait to get started writing in mine and proudly packing it around in my purse. Not to mention, it's going to look adorable sitting on my desk. Sooooo farmgirl!

After looking at the pictures of the planner more closely I noticed that it's a 3-ring binder. There may be room for me to add a few more pages here & there if needed. The more I look at the planner the more I like it.

I love planners too, but since we got OneNote I've been using that. Still haven't figured out how to link my laptop and iPad.
