I just saw this thread. I would love one of these planners too. Does anyone know if this is in the works?

A spiral bound Farmgirl planner sounds like an outstanding idea. I would buy one.

I would love a spiral bound Farmgirl Planner...in the meantime, I found at Joann's something along the lines of what we all have been thinking about, but just not "Farmgirl". It's the "Mom's Family Desk Planner 2011 - Dec 2012 by Sandra Boynton. It's working great for me, and has cute cartoon pics - many with cows. This might help some of you in the meantime. Still hoping MaryJane will make one for us! ;)

I totally believe in a good planner, life does not work without one. I made up my own with the help of www.flylady.net I picked my own binder and got pretty dividers and made up my own sections for our household. I even added a MJF section with top loading page protectors to slide in my certificates so I can see the fun stuff I have completed.

Just a little update: I was able to find a wonderful planner @ Walgreen here. It has a handy pocket in the front and for me I use it for coupons. It is a 17 month calendar with lots of space to write. It has an area for the calendar with lots of room to write in each day space, a grocery list, a space for weekly menu, to do list for through the week, activities area, and a space for notes and all on every two pages. After the calendar is an address book, and pages for notes. This is all contained in a spiral book that fits in my purse. I was thrilled and only paid 5 dollars for it! So far so good.

Mead has those neat binders that mix between a spiral type & a 3 hole binder, they're flexible, just need it to be bit smaller (8x11 ends up being 9x12 feels like!) but fits in bag nice, you can fold cover over like a spiral& add pages in whenever. This one is a Moms cal, but I've had to modify it a lot & no pretty pics - got it for function. Would love to be able to print MJF cal pages at least to put in. You girls gave phenomenal ideas that I'd love!

Until I find 'just the right planner" (yeah, I need to get OVER that idea!! LOL...poopoo on perfectionism!!!) then I'll keep editing my old school Calendar Creator version of MS Outlook and printing it!
Thanks,
Christine
