I am so excited! I tried an experiment today just for the heck of it. I love Panera Bread Cinnamon Crunch Bagels and so in my baking today I thought that I would try to get that topping on the bagels I was making. It worked! I'm gonna weigh 20 lbs more by the end of the week. You can see the results at the blog with the proportions I used for the topping. You gotta try them! :-)

I know. My second favorite are the Asiago cheese ones. Guess what I'm gonna try in next week's baking! :-)

Well, I just made it worse. A friend of mine reminded me that you have to have honey walnut cream cheese to put on cinnmamon crunch bagels and so guess what I experimented with this morning! Oh yum...it's at the blog too. I was one happy camper at breakfast this morning. :-)

Yeah, I bet your weather is about like ours only more humid! Bummer. It was 106º here today. No fun. I am really, really, really, really tired of being hot and sweaty!!!!!

Mary Beth, We are in the N. GA. mountains, so we run about 10 degrees cooler than Atlanta and not quite as humid - high today 86 - we are starting to see some lower temps!
Going to make those Bagels, and soon!
I have never made them before, but you make them look easy. I am a bread maker :) Thanks for your wonderful blog :)
Hugs, Ruth
