I am so excited to report that the AZ Dept of Health Services has amended the rules to "allow residents to produce non-potentially hazardous baked and confectionary products in their homes and to offer them for commercial sale within the state." This means I can return to baking at home and selling at the local Farmers Markets! This all just happened in the past two weeks! I posted about it on my blog under the heading "The Home Bakery is back in business!"

So, I have been BUSY baking, baking, baking to get ready for this Saturday's market! One of the items I made this week is Cinnamon Pecan Bread. You can see the recipe and the directions for braiding the bread on my blog here:
