I love this relish. Last night we grilled organic, boneless chicken breasts. We used the relish to top the chicken and it was so good. And it gets even better. For lunch I used leftover chicken, sliced and diced it, mixed in the relish with organic safflower mayonnaise. So delicious.

Thank you all for sharing recipes here. I would not have been able to get this far, with our garden, if it was not for all your wonderful recipes.

Thanks Kristina! I love how everyone shares recipes and tips!

I made a batch myself today! There was about a cup left over, so I just put it in the fridge and used it in some potato salad for dinner.

I want to make your 3-day pickles but couldn't find them on your blog! I picked my first few pickling cukes yesterday and today and thought that would be a good thing to do with them! Could you point me to your recipe please, pretty please!

The 3-day pickles were actually a recipe shared by Tinaberry on the MJF forum. Here is the link:

Also, I made the easy dill pickle recipe I posted from Mother Earth News. We tasted them during our "Pickle Party" and not one person could say anything bad about any of them. They loved them all.
