Tonight we feasted on only items from our garden. I made breaded fried squash, green beans, cucumbers with vinegar/mayo sauce, and salad.
It is so gratifying to plant, grow and harvest from our own garden, drink milk that our cows produce, eat beef from the animals that we grow, and gather eggs from our chickens....
I hope you all enjoyed a home-fresh meal today too!
