Since I posted Seasoned Pepper on my blog last week, I thought I would follow up with Seasoned Salt. This is really good on oven fries and sweet potato oven fries! See the recipe here:

I have never made my own seasoning salt but always wanted to try it. I always have bought and used Natures Seasoning by morton. It has no msg's and taste pretty good. I will have to try yours.

I just got done looking at your website.....took awhile cause all we have here is dialup. I really enjoyed all the good stuff on your site. Loved looking at the recipes and your goats.
I am also going to try your baking mix. Would it be okay to use soft whole wheat flour that I grind at home? I know if I used this I would have to refridgerate it.

Linda,

You could certainly give it a try! I tried using half white and half whole-wheat one time but wasn't as happy with the results, not as much "rise" when baking. Let us know how it turns out! :)
